The following information provides an introduction to the manufacturing, design, and services capabilities of TechTrol, Inc. (TTI). Founded in 1995, TTI has significant expertise in designing and producing systems and subsystems for industrial and commercial applications. A strong and diverse technology base combined with extensive manufacturing capabilities gives TTI a solid position of leadership in these markets.

 

Manufacturing

TTI’s experience in the assembly of electronics and electromechanical components and subsystems has led to the evolution of modern production facilities to support fabrication of technologically sophisticated hardware using highly developed procedures and techniques as well as modern production and test equipment. We are equipped to supply PC boards assemblies, electronic subassemblies or complete systems to our customer’s specification. Our complement of both manufacturing and engineering services allows us to deliver your most complex project tested and ready to use.

Design

TTI’s highly skilled engineering group can effectively design products to meet your specifications. Our staff of hardware and software engineering professionals is able to assist our customers with product design, value and production engineering, PCB layout, complete technical documentation and implementation of custom test equipment to enhance production. All of this is done by using the latest design techniques including computer-aided-design (CAD)

Management

Program management at TTI is based on short lines of communication, clear lines of responsibility, and easy to manage work tasks. A computerized management information system ensures high visibility for all phases of each contract so customers’ products are delivered on time and within the budget.

Quality

Quality assurance is paramount to the successful performance of all programs at TTI. Total quality control embraces all departments to achieve a product and service into which quality is developed and maintained. TTI has a qualified quality inspection system. An ongoing training program for all production personnel, administered by trained and certified instructors, ensures that the highest workmanship standards are applied to every product. Training and certification programs encompass high reliability soldering as well as in house manufacturing processes.

Grants and Awards

TTI has won two grants from the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST), an organization funded by the state of Oklahoma for the advancement of technology in Oklahoma. The project incorporates sensor technology and digital signal processing.

SPECIAL NOTES on Training:

TechTrol, Inc. is dedicated to properly trained staff and employees. Each employee is required to complete 60 core hours of training designed in cooperation with Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater, OK and consists of Safety, Quality assurance, ESD control, Soldering, Assembly and Machining. All employees are required to complete additional training each year as necessary in their area of manufacturing.
